MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
Every therapy session I schedule is deeply personal and important for us both. Consequently, I begin all services with an initial evaluation process that can span between 1-3 sessions. Each session typically runs 55-60 minutes. During this process, we will get to know each other, achieve a better understanding of your concerns, identify your goals for therapy, and develop a treatment plan.
My Fees:
$175 per session
Payment Options:
I accept cash, check, Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express, and Discover.
Insurance:
I am in-network with BCBS (PPO network).
If you have insurance through a different healthcare plan, they may offer mental health benefits for out-of-network providers. Upon request, I can provide you with a statement at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Your insurance company may have a special form for each out-of-network submission which I am happy to help you complete.
To better understand your insurance benefits please ask your insurance company the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met for this calendar year?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount and co-pay/co-insurance fee per therapy session?
Is approval or a referral required from my primary care physician?
